Worst lie you've told!
What is the worst lie you have ever told somebody, and did you ever get away with it or did they find out?Like Tracey in Corrie at the mo who has pretended to have an abortion - thats quite a whopper!!
And what happened when they found out?or do they still not know!!??

Or when I was a teenager and used my mums bank card or used to lie about staying at a mates and spend all night outside! But... I put that down to being a teen and having over-protective parents :o)
I have told a big lie to a someone not so long ago and it made me feel really bad and I wanted to confess and before I had a chance, they found out the truth anyway and I explained all. We are fine now though. :o)
In the end I managed to get a job before they found out so never had to take the exams but it meant a hell of a lot of sneaking around etc.
I did it because they always put me under a lot of pressure at school and it wasn't what I really wanted to do. It has all turned out fine in my opinion, the job was low paid and crap but I think that taught me much more about life than doing A Levels or the sort of job I might have got had I carried on. I now have a very successfull career and earn a very good salary so I don't think it was a bad thing.
They will never find out (I think they suspected something was up) and I think my father would be dissapointed in me but it's long in the past and just part of my route through life. Where I am today is directly related to that period in my life and I think it's all the better for it.
Of course being A levels you were not at school all the time so I could get away with saying I had a free period if I got caught out.
I honestly don't think they knew but they certainly asked a lot of questions especially about how little home work I had etc. I always used to say that I had done it in the library during the day. Given the resistence to me leaving and getting a job I'm sure they never knew.
The one negative thing it has given me is a fear of phones, I used to have to listen to the phone ringing all day as I could never pick it up for fear of being caught out. To this day I hate using a telephone and hate hearing them ring.
