kids toy music! plz help

right, i heard someone at the park with their kid and they had a toy and i only heard it and it sang something, and it was like a dancy kinda tune, and it was a female voice and in it there were lyrics like "up , down, up, down...etc" and then some other word 3 times which had 2 sillabuls but i dont kno what the word was, please can someone help me, anyone know which toy i am talking about? its probarbly a toddlers toy...i kno its random but i need t know!! plz help!! xxxxxxxxxxxxx
