Does someone have the right to sell my pony because I have fallen behind in the rent on the field of where he lives. I have recived a letter demanding payment in full in the next 7 days or they state they will sell my pony to recover my outstanding debt. what can I do as I don't have the full amount to pay?

Contact the bailiffs immediately.
They may allow you to pay your debt in installments.
If the landlords of the field have not obtained a court order I would reccomend contacting your local trading standerds office or your nearest C.A.B.

You arent really keeping a donkey in a field
and when the landlord says where's the rent ?
you say
I cant pay - oh and by the way, you can't do anything about it!
I know landlords are evil, evil people, but come on, you are consuminng a service (grass) which cd be let out to - someone who actually pays ! - and I think well you should pay the agreed amount.
and if you cant afford to keep said horse or donkey, yes you should sell.
is this sort of unfair or what ?
