Was one of the girls from abba the daughter of a german soldier?

My hubby says that one of the abba girls was the daughter of a german soldier and was taken into care, was this true and is this why she now lives as a recluse?

The other one ,Anni Frid ,was the daughter of a German soldier and Norwegian mother conceived in Norway during the German occupation in WW2.
Her mother died aged 21 in 1947 and she was raised by her grandmother in Sweden.
Sweden was neutral during the war.
