Ebay question

Hi! I have purchased an FM transmitter for my Ipod nano on Ebay. I just received it, and it is not actually compatible with my ipod, which is 2nd generation. Nothing on the listing specified it was only compatible with the nano 1st generation. Am I entitled to ask for a refund? Many thanks!

You can try - but the seller won't be obliged UNLESS it is a business, then the distance selling regs apply and you can return within 7 days or so.
