sky plus / pvr and tv ratings question!

Televison judges the sucess of a show on the amount of viewers it has.
So my question is, if you have a sky plus (pvr) how does it affect tv veiweing numers?

Ie If i record a show rather than VIEWING it, does it count as a view?

If I view it twice does it indeed count as Two views?

If I dont view it at all, and delete it, does it not count as a view?
