Please help, I'm going slightly mad.....!

Ok so this is really clutching with straws here but please help its driving us insane not knowing...basically its a fairly recent advert (august this year), for a brand of washing powder/fabric softener (not sure which) all you see is this make believe fabric land with a pretty bridge and water etc, and the song is sung by a lady, really nice song which i'm desperate to know.....
