The New Statesman.
David Cameron, plans to bring in legislation, to ban the sale of anoraks, it will also be illegal to import them.
This will put an end to all those "hoodies" intimidating the public.
He is also getting tough on street crime.
Any young person, buying a gun or knife, will have to sign a declaration, promising not to use them, for any illegal purpose.
David is already showing his mettle and there will be no more soft options for these people.
No doubt the bleeding heart liberals, will be screaming about human rights, but have they ever experienced life, outside of their Sunday supplements?

Instead of being able to spot a transpotter and being able to take evasice eye contact action I will now be forced to view all people with anoraks as a potential threat when I'm at the station.
Furthermore generation X signing declaration forms in tescos will lengthen the ques in there and thus impede me from my red wine shopping.
Cameron is mad I tell you.
(Still love)

It's another sop to the right-wing masses who believe that banning something removes the cause for its use.
Didn't diddy david ever wear a knitted hat, or a balaclava, or a ski mask, or anything else that can be used to cover an identity?
Street crime is a dreadful problem, but this nonsense is not the way to solve it.

" Any young person , buying a gun or knife , will have to sign a declaration , promising not to use them , for any illegal purpose "
I've just got back up off the floor after falling off my chair , laughing .
So a young person with criminal intent is going to go to a licesnced gun retailer and buy a gun , - as opposed to getting one from another criminal - right ?
As for banning the sale of anorak's in order to stop intimidation ....... oh , i just cant take these proposals seriously .... i've got a property programme to go and watch .

I am stuck
Its raining quite hard and in five minutes I have to take my dogs out for a walk. I have always in the past been able to wear my wet weather gear, which includes a hood.
What can I do - I know its not legislation yet and never will be but I don't like the idea of upsetting anyone.
Mind you I am glad I am not young, because later today I had arranged to purchase some knives and guns for the purpose of illegal and violent activities and if I had been made to sign any declaration, my antics would have been severely curtailed.
Human rights, human rights (in loud and hysterical manner)
