I guess you could make a recording to support a will, maybe to say goodbye to friends & relatives, but I do not think it could be the will itself.

lol you've been watching too many films ... (or was it bernard manning - or dinnerladies)
vhg is right ... it's not legal
nor is it half as dramatic as you might think ... (most home movies are cringe making (actors are actors because they can act!) few of us over the age of 10 are broadcast quality) ... this is (in my opinion) shudder making)
books are popular because they allow the reader to use their imagination
let your loved ones remember you.... however they remember you best.
