aloe vera product that recreates a body wrap!

I recently got back from Thailand where i had the most amazing spa day for the bargain price of �25!! I had lots of treatments including an aloe vera body wrap - it sorted my skin right out and even 2 weeks later it still feels silky smooth - even the backs of my arms which have always been rough. so i need to get hold of a product that can recreate this effect. my budget wont stretch to london price aloe wraps so thats out of the question! Can anyone recommend a product that i can either use as a home wrap or just a pure aloe vera gel?
sounds cheesy but i've never come across anything that had this effect on my skin!!!
