hi, can any one tell me if 1200 would be a reasonable price to pay for a P reg Vauxhall corsa, Black, very well looked after, one lady owner (known by my mum), never had to do any work to, passed every mot, 12 months mot and tax, the lady has a very genuine reason for selling, car no longer needed. would this be a reasonable price for me to be paying for this car or should i ask her to drop the price, I am not very knowledgable about cars, so would be grateful for some information on this price and anything else i should be noting to look out for with this car.
thankyou in anticipation

The car is over ten years old.
The asking price in my opinion is a bit over the top.
A good idea would be to check your local paper, magazines and garages, for a similar car and compare prices.
Hopefully, you can then negotiate with a bit more knowledge.
It is overpriced especially as you say it has never been serviced.
If it were me, I would offer 700...Max 800.
i agree prob about 750 800
