All the terms we have for excess drinking - 'slaughtered', "ratted" "plastered" and all that silly nonsense mean one thing - alcohol poisoning, which doesn't quite have the same ring to it does it? At fourteen, your body is still growing, and you could be causing damage to your brain and internal organs which will affect you in later life. Being drunk is not clever, or cool, it's a silly waste of money - find a better way to spend your time, and learn to enjoy a drink, without overdoing it.
It's definitely not recommended and yes it can seriously affect your health if done often enough!!
Take a look at these web sites: They give details and explainations on the effects of alcohol.

Please take the time to read these fact sheets (there are others as well on the same site).
Even I learnt things about laws on drinking and I'm a grandmother!!!
I should have added that with parental permission and on private premises children can drink from alcohol from age 5 legally. Not that I am encouraging it!

It's what teenagers do but it can get very nasty sometimes! My mate had a bit too much to drink one evening and ran out into the road and got knocked down by a car. Thankfully, he survived, but only just. Another friend once went back to a strangers house and slept there the night. It could have been anyone and anything could have happened but luckily they was just doing a good deed.
BE CAREFULL!!!!!
