Sleep issues
2 Answers
Last night I tried to go to bed early - around half eleven. I lay awake for around 3 hours then woke up several times after that. Had my alarm clock go off at 6.45 but took me TWO HOURS to actually get up. There has got to be a more efficient way of sleeping... could something be wrong?

If you don't drop off to sleep within half an hour, get up and do something relaxing until you feel sleepy. Do not lie in bed tossing and turning getting wound up.
As soon as the alarm goes off - get up! Get up straight away.
Make sure you are not too warm in bed, nor too cold.
