Was not always talking about not having this or not allowed that, she just seemed to learn what was ok and what was not. She still goes along but as she has reached and maintained target weight she does not need to pay. think she just gets a bit of support from it. Weight has stayed off for almost a year now.
depends how serious you are......slimming world and weighwatchers work but its more of a club. to be honest neither are really bothered if you loose weight or not, as long as you turn up each week and pay your fiver....
sureslim is different because you pay your money up front and if you pack up.....you loose your money, a great incentive to keep going. ....plus its one 2 one
good luck anyway

Different diets work for different people. My mum has spent most of her adult life on different diets which work, but then she always puts it straight back on. My sister however, goes to slimming world and has lost an amazing 7 stone over the past 2-3 years! I must add though, she has onlt been able to do this with regular excerice too........ mostly cycling and swimming.
I would agree with velvet lady. Rosemary conley is good as you get a workout as well and the diet is based on low fat and low calorie. There is no points counting and you can have little treats. She also does a lovely chocolate mousse which you can get from asda. The magazine is quite good to. I've been trying to get my mum to do it but she has no will power which you definitely need.
first of all diets dont work - change your eating habbits and have regular exercise, at least 30 mins per day. the excercise should be enough to increase your heart rate a little. also make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day.
it is also important to eat enough - your body is a machine and needs fuel. many people think that decreasing the amount of food they eat will loose them weight. well it will - short term though. how much weight do you want to loose ?
here's a little insentive : i lost 5 1/2 stone in under a year - mainly because i was quite big to begin with it is fact that the more you weigh the quicker you loose weight. but in general the quicker it comes off, the quicker it goes on and usually a bit more. i did join a club which was brillient it was rosemary conley. after 3 months i increased my class to 2 a week and so on untill i was doing 5 classes a week. (oh yes, exercise is addictable) it gives you the feel good factor. i learnt about food groups, made tons of friends and became quite insperational to many new joiners.
however, you must take it seriously and stick with it to get results - you will only get out, what your prepared to put into it.
i would suggest that if your very overwieght, unhealthy or have not excersiced - check with your gp that its ok to do so.
good luck and happy weight shiffting.
