Barbie is Barbie its a plastic doll that surely shouldn't be swayed by differing religion and cultures. You dont see catholic barbie dressed in a nuns dress...whats the need for islam barbie???

Incidentally, is there a Catholic Barbie? If there was, and she wasn�t dressed like a nun � what exactly would she be wearing so that you could determine she was Catholic Barbie? A Cross, a Crucufix? Wouldn�t this then amount to more or less the same thing?
As said above, Mattel obviously think there is a market for it.
