When a woman who has a 'boob job' dies and is buried, will her breasts decompose with the rest of her body or will they be left?

I'm sure I read somewhere a couple of years ago about women (in California - no surprise there) bequething their implants to their daughters as part of their will. Sounds pretty disgusting to me, but there you go. 'Here's something to remember me by'. At least there'll be a family resemblence... The reasoning being, as your question suggests, that the implants do *not* decompose...
