Hi. I'm trying to print out multiple copies of one document in Word. I have gone to print - then changed the number of copies and clicked "OK", but only 1 copy comes out. I have tried 3 times now

There seem to be some known problems when trying to print multiple copies from Word so you're not going mad.

Try this link to Microsoft Knowledge Base.

The problems seem to be due to difficulties with the printer drivers. What type of printer are you using? What version of Windows are you using? What version of Word?

Printer - HP 2575 All In One
Windows XP
Word 2000

Thanks - I used the link, and found that changing my settings from print directly to printer to the spool function did the trick. Many thanks
try as an alternative: with the document open before you. Type Ctrl P and hit enter: Simply press the number of copies you want..(don't move your mouse or anything to place it in any position..it's already positioned for you) and hit enter.

That 'may' work

Good luck
