These lyrics are driving me crazy

I think it's from a classic 80s track but I can't remember which one. It's really starting to get under my skin. The lyrics include (although they may not be totally acurate)... "I want to set you free, I wan't to touch the sky. I need to bath in sun and milk, until the pigeons leave this earth" Any ideas?

This is bugging me too - first 2 lines seem familiar, but the "pigeons" bit?!?!?! I can "hear" the tune for the first 2 lines gradually forming in my head ... so may be back if it all clarifies!
