Been in same boring office job for 20 years. I have no interest in the job but we have a laugh at pub lunchtime.

I hate it when work intervenes when I am on here, I think the Boss is fed up with me.

Have I got a future, or should I continue being a moaning work shy no-hoper.

I would understand it top mean that the deserts and rain were missing each other in the sense of passing each other without intersecting paths. Like ships in the night. I miss you, as though you were a ship in the night. One could possibly make an analogy about long-distance love, or star crossed lovers.

Secondly, the colloquial bollox espoused by Kate Nash is germane to your second point�..

im with you on this one doc if i was running a business and my employees were on ab as much as this lot id sack the lot of them, furthermore surely they have to ask are there not more challenging jobs out there?

god, this is the scary scenario i picture myself in! get out, get another job, even for for the sake of a different place, different challenge. i work in an office and it can be god awful boring sometimes! thing is with office work, the more it gets you down, the more when your at home, you enjoy your time off and dont think about work, so dont bother trying to do anything about finding another job, until your back in the office moaning about it again! thats what i do anyway, im only 22, but i dont want to be here when im 42!

the desserts miss the rain because they never see it, so they really really miss it
