I want to make something
Has anyone got any simple recipes that I can use to make ANYTHING, I dont mind what I just feel like cooking! I think it's because I work all week and cooking relaxes me so it'll be good for the weekend (not that I'm a good cook!!)

If you like salmon, one of my favourite ways of cooking it is to put 1 dsp of toasted sesame oil and 1 dsp of Japanese soy sauce (eg Kikkomans) in a small frying pan and gently frying the salmon fillet, turning over once. Be careful not to have the heat too hot. I like mine slightly underdone. I put small tomato halves in as well.
Mix 15ml of sunflower oil, 10ml of honey, 10 ml of dark soy sauce, half a teaspoon of cumin and half a teaspoon of ground ginger. Mix well and add cubes of chicken breast (enough to use up the marinade). Throw in a baking tray (non-stick preferably) and cook for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade. Serve with a green salad of cos lettuce and avocado.
