Freezing Gym membership fees
1 Answers
I've just been diagnosed with a torn cartilage and told to refrain from vigorous physical activity until I've recovered from surgery, so have frozen my LA Fitness gym membership for 3 months. Was pretty annoyed to be told that I would have to pay a 12 per month freezing "administration fee". Is this normal, and is it legal for them to charge this under Disability legislation, as I am, in fact, temporarily "disabled"? Am also postiing in Legal as it's partly a legal issue too.
