Why is my mail not coming through on Outlook Express as it used to. When I send and Recieve it asks me to confirm my password. It has only done this since I had to go in to webmail and delete a large file that wouldn't come in to OE. I use Tiscali if that makes a difference and before anyone asks, Yes I did log out of webmail. Any ideas?

Sounds like you email account has been frozen. Visit the website of your provider and they will have a a link to the page you need to un-freeze or retrieve it. Happens to me on freeserve because I connect via broadband now. Have to do this process once every 90 days. It's not hard.
