Anyone got any tips for removing gloss paint from a Gore Tex (waterproof/breathable) jacket?

It's along the hem.

Any tips on owhat to do (or what not to do!) would be most appreciated!

I would say possibly try white spirit - I have removed quite a lot of paint from carpets and material in the past with no ill effect - however I would recommend trying it on a hidden spot first
