How can I get the signing in page to remember my name and password and another users details so that we do not have to type them in every time the other person wants to use it?

At the Hotmail signon page there are tick boxes for 'remember me on this computer' and 'remember my password'.

If both users tick these boxes when you sign on, then the next time you'll be able to select the user from a list.

I'd suggest you only use the 'remember me' option and still enter your password. Otherwise anyone can read and use your email.

Or if you're using Internet Explorer.

Click on 'Tools' > 'Internet Options' > 'Content' tab > 'AutoComplete'

Check to see whether the 'Usernames and Passwords on forms' box is ticked. You can choose whether to tick the 'Prompt me to save passwords' box is ticked or unticked.
