Was Midge Ure ever in Edison Lighthouse?

Certainly never heard about it.

 

Edisson Lighthouse were a group of session musicians in the early 70s.  Their lead singer was a guy called Tony Burrows, who when EL were at No1 with "Love Grows" was also vocalist on TWO other Top10 records.

 

"United We Stand" Brotherhood of Man (a totally different line-up to that which won Eurovision in 76) and "My Baby Loves Lovin" White Plains.
