Too few blacks

On a recent visit to England and my home town of Littlehampton {L/'A} I noticed that most people there were White. Shouldn't the Authorities do something about this ? I suggest a large Mosque building programme and Financial help to get more Blacks to move there;

yes they are going to give 40 non whites a sat nav , and a hire and reward licence issued by the relevant council , in Litttlehampton , so these non whites will be taxi s in that sussex town , on top of this the authorities will turn a blind eye on 60 or so non white taxi touts , who will trawl the streets on friday saturday and other nights........ land of hope and glory .....
