There are samples from the excellent 1930s movie 'Freaks' by Todd Browning all the way through the equally excellent, but appallingly titled, 'If My Heart Was A Ball, It Would Roll Uphill', from the Anoraknophobia album.

Actually, perhaps I missed the point of the question.

Hang on...

Assassing, from 1982's Fugazi album finishes with the line 'And what do you call assassins who accuse assassins anyway, my friend?' which is a line from Apocalypse Now.

Whether that's actually in the video for Assassing - it was a single - I can't recall. That's the closest I can think of.
