I too have paid the �49.50 admin fee to these people. I have seen your replies to other people [edited]. My application has not been denied as yet but have a strange feeling it will be. How do we get our money back, as a single mother of 2 babies this is much needed. We put our trust in these people and they treat us like this??  If we have to take them to court how do we go about doing so? and will it cost us even more?
