When the second bell sounds in the pub it's 11:20pm (ish). Set your clocks accordingly.

CD I muse on it every year. Take also hospital systems. A patient can be discharged before he is admitted, he can have blood test results before they are ordered.

The only safe solution is to shut down at 2am and wait an hour.

The hospital situation is unlikely whiffey I would think but I might look in to that one.
