me too, i`ve been eating more since it got cold, just keep a food diary, i use one when i`m getting out of control! i have three boxes, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and i write down what i eat in between too, + drinks, so i make sure i`m having at least 2litres a day of herbal teas and water
i also have spirulana now which has helped. i`m sure its all in my mind, but who cares!!!
try it for a week and if u r stil over eating see your doc
