Jo Whiley on Radio1

This morning I was listening to the radio in the car and I heard Jo Whiley getting all excited about a satellite signal we had supposedly received back from space. The report came from Malta and had apparently taken over 300 million years to get here. Later I tried to find out more about this on the internet and drew a complete blank. No one seems to know anything about it. Does anyone know what the hell she was wittering on about?

I was only listening to her as I wanted to avoid an awful song on Radio 2. I just listened for about 3 minutes then turned back hoping to get more updates from Radio 2. I'd have thought I'd imagined it if my partner wasn't listening too. Someone must have slipped something in our Porridge as no one else on the planet seems to know what we're talking about.
