Time Away

I have to weeks off over christmas and its mine and my partners anniversary a couple of days before christmas so i wanted to go away for the weekend but i cant decide on where to go im from devon and i have looked everwhere i found a ideal place in edinburgh but it was to expensive on the train! I dont want it to be in the middle of nowhere and if we decide on a hotel id like quite a moden one with a pool, Jacuzzi ect?
Anyone have any ideas?

Go with your first choice. you will love Edinburgh. If you decide not to give each other Chrissy Pressies You could spend that money on the train fare. If you book in advance it should be a lot cheaper.Good luck

ah dont say that really want to go but the train fare is �300! even with no christmas thats far to expensive!

Edinburgh also has an airport, why not fly?

my local airports dont fly to scotland and Bristol is the closest after that and they dont fly to edinburgh! So id have to go all the way to london! Its just not working out i have looked into all of it thats why i decied to ask for other ideas !
