why do i have two huge mouth ulcers?

It could be because you are run down that you are getting the ulcers. Members of my family used to get them when they were stressed at work and found that taking a multivitamin a day seemed to stop them getting them! It takes a while for these to kick in though so maybe try some anbesol to numb them?

thanks, am getting better, started on a complete a-z tablet, and eating 5 portions of fruit and veg!!!! UGH
