Does anyone have a good recipe for spicey garlic mussels??? PLEASE.

For two people
1 large glass dry white wine (french muscadet is best),
200g french garlic roule cream cheese (or boursin)
? x chilli (depends how hot you like it)
2 lb mussels
corriander or flat leave parsley garnish
lemon.
Lightly fry the chopped chili, add the cheese, wine and juice from half a lemon and melt. Add mussels. Cook covered for not very for very long (~3 to 5mins) - Just enough for the mussels to open.
