removing norton

how can i remove norton from pc, i have removed it through add and remove prog but have been told there is a tool to get rid of it completely, i've looked on norton web site but cant find anything on there, anytone help please, thanks.

there is a tool to fix cos i got it a while back.go onto nortons website and email them or type in on the internet.norton uninstall.or try on windows update site which is where i think i found it.good luck.or restore back to b4 that norton was installed.

go into control panel
go to add and remove hardware
select norton and be very careful here - then delete
