You can complete a claim online but you will still need to download it and send it off for it to be processed.

It's not totally paperless.

Whichever method you use they'll send back a copy of your details for you to sign a declaration to say it's all true. This is in case of fraud because they'll prosecute you in the event of false information.

This is unlike MPs, MEPs and the Chairman of the National Audit Office who's expenses are accepted without question.
