Ghostdancing, I think is was an 80's hit by Simple Minds.
Spirits In The Material World - the Police (it's close enough!)
Waiting For The Ghost Train - Madness

Casper the Friendly Ghost,
Ghost Train,
Ghost of Your Love,
Ghost Dance/Dancer.

You could also try Frankie Ghost To Holywood.

If you're going to be silly how about movie theme tunes, such as

Tomb With A View
Champion the Wonder Hearse
The Keystone Corpse
Doesn't have ghost in the title but Monster Mash is a fantastic song for Hallowe'en.
Ghostband - rancid
Tull , The witches promise
Late 70s....Flash & the Pan - (And the band played on)
down among the dead men
R Dean Taylor - There's a ghost in my house
Mischievous Ghost - Elvis Costello

Ghost - Indigo Girls

Sweet William's Ghost - Kate Rusby

Ghosts of Cable Street - Men They Couldnt Hang

Ghost Riders in the Sky - Willie Nelson

All music tastes cateered for there. Good luck.
Do not suppose you fancy including Wichita Lineman by Glenn Campbell?
There is a brand new song by American singer Gretchen Peters, ie Ghost, on her gorgeous album "Burnt Toast and Offerings."

Take it you will have songs by Smashing Pumpkins
