No. Inheritance is never an entitement per ce. You can contest a will if there are extraneous circumstances (or a child still in eduation) but it is never a bona fide right whether married, divorced, seperated or the girl next door.

it really depends on what your question means
if you mean, if he dies, will you inherit, it will depend on his will. Or do you mean he got an inheritance; are you entitled to some of it?
