BBC1 street doctor ending music

Please can someone tell me what the music is which ended the street doctor programme on BBC1 last week. Ive only seen this programme once and I believe it was the last in the series, it may be that this is the same ending theme music to the programme every week. Im sure its a well known pop tune or instrumental from a few years ago as Ive heard it before as background music to other programmes.

They often use a track by "I Am Kloot" in this series. They are a fantastic band and well worth listening to more of their music!

Can you tell me the name of the track they use on this series?
Ive checked out the I am kloot myspace page but the track I wanted wasnt there and Im beginning to think its not the right band as they are a 3 piece guitar band and Im sure the track Ive heard is a driving keyboard/piano led piece(although it could be doubled up with guitar)
