Trojan!

I have a NetBus trojan horse. What do I need to do? I have run Norton and Adaware and spybot but can't get to it.  Will this affect the other partition on the same hard drive? Do I need to re-format my hard drive? If so, can I save my pictures and music on disk and reload them later? Or can I just go about my business but erase all people from my e-mail address book and be sure not to do any personal business online? I just read some of the suggested posts and will try some of those fixers, but will that take care of everything? Oh, I feel so foolish for ever opening that unusual e-mail.......

i had a problem similar to this. run Norton in sage mode, then it should kill it. Safe mode only loads necessary drivers to start the system, so its unlikely the virus would be active. Make sure norton is up to date. if not, check out Norton's site (symantec or something) and there may be a fix on there. if you dont get the fix from there, make sure the fix is not another virus! (yes that happened to me)! good luck!
