Agnus Casta and Vitamin B6

Hey this is sort of a follow on question, a couple of weeks ago i posted a question about not being able to concieve i was given lots of great advise, one suggestion was to start taking Agnus Castus and Vitamin B6 i started talking them and now i am 6 days late getting my period, has anyone else taken these to help them get pregnant? and if so what have the results been like and did you miss periods at the begining? PS im not pregnant!!! Thanks again x x

If these are affecting your hormones, it may make your period late while your body is adjusting to them, I would suggest contacting your GP to check that all is ok :-)

Sorry wonky I think I advised you to take them but I'm not sure what other effects it can have - they are widely believed to regulate your cycle so you shouldn't be late because of that.
