Happy Friday one and all! -What have you got planned for the weekend?

Yay it's Friday!! Going out tomorrow night in Covent Garden somewhere to catch up with the Australian contingent in London! Then my flatmate and I have just decided to have a dinner party on Sunday. What about you?

Mine's pretty boring, tonight I'm staying in with a bottle of wine a takeaway a film and my man. Will spend the morning in bed then shopping (food not clothes) in the afternoon. Saturday evening I am spending at a friends house where we will not doubt get drunk, play cards and eat crap. Sunday I am on family duties and have to visit the rellies.

Pulling in a boat off windermere on Sat, out sat night with pals. Sunday decorating my house and Sunday afternoon go round to Mums for tea and scrumpets!

A week-end in a country cottage with a georgeous (younger) fella - LOL

In reality.....

Removing any plants that I want to save from my front garden - having it re-vamped next week.

Read the book that I borrowed from a friend ages ago.

Spend loads of time talking on the phone.

Really, really must clear some clutter :-(

Tonight I am going out for a meal with the bird at a local eatery. Tomorrow I will be milling around the streets of Brighton probably in a stripey jacket - this is what I do most Saturdays. On Sunday though I will be on a walk through the geological history of Lewes no less!

 

A jam packed weekend I'm sure you'll all agree.

one of our garage doors is jammed shut, so on saturday we have the totally joyous task of putting everything that we can into the jammed shut half so that Mr Woofgang will be able to get his motorbike in and out of the side that still works, pending finding the dosh for replacement

I will be staying in tonight as only got 2 hours sleep last night. If I can be bothered tomorrow will go to Bluewater if not will go to Bromley with the bird . sunday will lay in bed all day till monday morning

If i had a beer now i would fall asleep at my desk, i may grab a beer for the train home and sleep on there. To much drink last night has done me no favours today. My mouth feels like the cat slept in it. Why do you ask jenky

It's my birthday tomorrow so hopefully I'll be spoilt all weekend! Going to see Maroon 5 tonight and then get very drunk, shop and party tomorrow. Yey!

Arh yes the average weekly booze thread ! yes sadly i will not be having my 6 pints tonight maybe a couple on the train , do not fear though jenky i will have made up for them tomorrow

I'm going to Meadowhall in a second for a marathon shopping session, maybe a film. Then I'm going for a few drinks. Tomorrow, I'm going for lots of drinks - starting at 1pm and finishing about 3am! Anyone in the Sheffield area is most welcome (for lunch (and drinks) we're starting at East One at West One!

SATURDAY: (1) Supermarket with the boss. (2) back in time for our weekly Spanish conversation lesson. (3) Continue tidying up in the garden/grieving over dead patches in lawn caused by excess of fertiliser. (4) Lunch. (5) Back in garden. (6) Diner. (7) Slob in front of telly. (8) Yawn. (9) Bed.

SUNDAY:< /STRONG> (1) Not much. (2) Less.  (3) Lunch. (4) Not a lot. (5) Watch rain. (6) Curse rain. (7) Observe rain stopping as darkness falls. (8) Dinner). (9) TV slobbing session again. (10) Yawn. (11) Bed.

Tonight, dinner with one of my husband's old friends and her new baby.  Tomorrow - not sure yet, maybe I'll relax with the boy-o and let him have some playground action as on Sunday we're probably going to a farm a couple of hours away to show my son the animals and crops and such.  Not quite the boozy weekend it seems that the rest of you may have!

Happy Birthday georgit79! I spen the night (re) formatting the cells in my excel spreadsheets... PARTY! Tomorrow I'll make my favorite lemon chicken recipe for my husband and his buddy, try to get my computer trojan-free. Sunday is study day.
