Mobile Phone Contract

i am 17 years of age and 18 in april and im looking at taking out a mobile phone contract at this time.I was thinking if like a parent could sign for me and the money to be taken out of my account.

I was looking to go on Orange Dolphin 35 on Samsung G600?Is anybody on this or got this phone?If so what is the phone like?

i have the u600 but from what i have heard the g600 is a very good phone. ulike the u600 you cannot use your own tones for message alerts and the preset ones on samsungs are rubbish.
