And interestingly, when youre on a budget, need to know more or less how much youre going to spend in advance, need everything included and cant decide where you want to go, all answers lead to a cruise!
My favourite company is Vacations to Go. Ive used them for years, especially in booking last minute point-to-point elements of cruises or sailings.

The next company Ive seen recommended in this thread is Cruises N More. Ive not used them, but I saw another thread where someone recommended them.

I would also suggest, if youre looking for something exotic and economical that time of year, you might consider Cuba, or alternatively, hiring a small cabin cruiser through the southern French waterways. I did this two years ago and the children say it was one of the best trips weve ever done!

Personally, Im not fond of travel to Spain or Portugal during many times of year, due to the number of fellow-Brits who are there, robbing us of our peace and quiet. Sadly, in places where travel is cheap and bountiful, theres an element who have created a very bad name for the British tourist. Saddest of all is that we all tend to get covered with the same brush!
I wish you a bon voyage!

I would second the canaries
A few different islands to choose from, and just off the coast of Africa so pretty warm.
Owned by the Spanish so farily European.
Lots of low cost flights to the canaries

You may be able to do better than this if you do some searching.

We went to Rome in February and had an outstanding time 18 months ago. We got a cheap flight about 60 pounds I think and then a cheap hotel unfortunately it was not all inclusive. However, it was of a good standard and the Italians were lovely to us. It's a trip I won't forget for a long time. The weather was similar to a warm spring day.
