can i do a xmas lunch for senior citizens charge them 5 quid for full xmas dinner afternoon tea entertainment and gift plus wine with meal . do i need a drinks licence for this its in a church hall

I'm afraid you probably do need one if alcohol is being sold
with the �5 charge. Check with the person who lets out the hall, there are now VERY strict rules about this.
