Can't download from internet.

Hey, My friend has a problem, When she try's to download anything from the internet like music, software, etc. it comes up with "Cant be found" or "Univaliable" this is for everything off website's like microsoft and stuff.

Probably a security software problem.

Her firewall may be set too high, preventing downloads.
