if you want a good tan, stay active. laying on the beach all day in the same two positions often burns you in some places and leaves other areas white.
I recomend taking a bat and ball or frisbee to the beach, you'll get a better tan, and have a little fun at the same time.
def recommend piz buin. I have quite dark skin and you can pretty much see it change colour but obv do have concerns about too much sun ageing it and of course cancers etc. Recently I have started using higher factors (in general I never burn) for example 12 (I know it prob should be higher) and I have to say I still get a lovely colour and tan seems to last longer. As previously mentioned - stay active dont lie so that sun focuses on one area. Enjoy your hols.
I just came back from holiday.
And the sun care adviser told us that there was this nut oil, which lets you go as brown as a nut.
you apply factor 15 on, and then apply the oil on top, so that you don't burn.
Not sure how much it is though.
Not sure whether you are after a fake tan or a sun protection cream but be warned that fake tan can react with real sun and turn you a strange colour!
We've seen loads of strange yellowy coloured people on holidays who obviously put fake tan on before going away only to end up looking like something out of the simpsons!
I'm not sure tbh.
But, i know the ealth care adviser sells it when she in the hotels.
try tesco, boots, the body shop or a natural remedy sort of shop...
