The drama teacher allowed the "WPC" to place a dog collar and leash on the birthday boy, lead him around on all fours, spank him 16 times with a whip and strip to her bra and pants. The teacher only called a halt when the stripper sprayed cream on her buttocks and requested the lad to rub it in.
