how is the harness attached to a shire hore to pull a romany caravan and where are the chains attached?

The horse is placed between shafts, and the shafts are connected to the horse's collar and harness. the shafts are connected to the caravan, or cart.
To give the names for the different parts of the harness
( Curb chains, Haynes, Crupper strap ) ETC. would take all day.

for the attention of "chadad". Thanks for your reply. It is a model romany caravan and horse that i am building purchased from' Hobbies'Norfolk. Unfortunately i have lost the plans fo the horse.

Not to interject, but, if you're attempting any kind of authenticity in your model, one wouldn't use the Shire breed as the draft animal for the Romany Caravan. Here's the Shire:
