Hi, Im thinking of starting up on my own with a small food/snack van as there is an area where i live which is expanding at an industrial area. I have done nothing about it except thoughts in my head.Any advice please?I mean i dont have or know were to look for a van yet. I know i would need to apply for a licence etc

Check with your local health authority before you invest in van -- what are minimum standards etc
